Support coordinator feedback
"As you know, our guys don’t respond well to rigid boundaries or a traditional clinical or nursing-style approach. They really benefit from supports that feel genuine and grounded in real connection.
What stands out about Leigh is the way he naturally builds that connection. He's willing to go for a run on the beach, cook a proper meal, have real conversations, and create an environment that feels relaxed and authentic. He doesn't walk in focused on symptoms, labels, or what someone “should” be doing, he builds trust first, and that makes all the difference.
The first time I walked into the participants house and saw the connection they had, I immediately knew he understood he's client. It was clear that this arrangement was the right fit.
I truly value the work Leigh does in this space. It’s reassuring to know there are providers like Leigh who genuinely understand how to work with people and support them in a way that actually works.

Hi, I'm Leigh....
Hi, I’m Leigh, a certified disability and mental health support worker based on the Sunshine Coast. I provide calm, respectful, and person-centred support to people living with mental health challenges, psychosocial disability, and physical disability, including those with complex needs.
I’ve worked extensively in disability and mental health support and genuinely love what I do. I’m known for being patient, easy to talk to, and dependable. I value trust, clear communication, and creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves.
Outside of work, I enjoy the ocean, staying active, making music, and spending time outdoors — and I love helping clients reconnect with the things that make them feel good.
I started Tru Flow Support Services after realising how important genuine one-on-one connection is in support work. Over time, I found that building real relationships and understanding someone deeply had a far greater impact than simply turning up to complete a shift for a company. I wanted the freedom to provide more consistent, personalised, and meaningful support, while also taking a more professional and accountable approach to the way I work with my clients. Tru Flow was created to offer support that is not only practical, but built on trust, respect, and long-term connection.
